Financial Wellness is one important component of the Wellness Wheel that we often neglect. Not worrying constantly about our finances and being able to budget frees us up to focus on other aspects of our lives. We have invited Dr. Michael Goodman from pediatrics to give a talk on Financial Well-Being tonight from 6:30-7:30. This will help give you an overview of what to focus on now and what you should be planning into the future.
