At the start of a new year, we wanted to re-share our behavioral health resources which you can download here and are also on the GME Wellness website. Carebridge is a benefit that allows CUH members up to 5 free counseling sessions per issue (e.g., depression, stress). If you call 1-800-437-0911, be sure to tell them you are a resident as they will work to get you an appointment. There is also a website: http://www.myliferesource.com/ (Cooper access code: WBPNF) You can always reach out to your chief residents and program leadership as well!
We hope that all our residents and fellows have a wonderful year and career and that you cultivate those tendencies that build you up.
