Patients at Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper were at the top of Santa’s “Nice List” this year, as he made several stops at the hospital this week to visit with children and their families.

On Monday, December 17th, Santa surprised pediatric patients and their families in Cooper’s outpatient office in Camden. Each child received a wrapped gift, several new books and a special “personalized photo” with Santa himself. Kathleen Sweeney-Jass and Amanda and Michael Hartung, Board Members of the Cooper Foundation, donated over 100 toys this year for pediatric patients at Cooper; giving children of all ages the opportunity to have a wonderful holiday season. Additionally, Santa stopped by Cooper’s pediatric outpatient office in Voorhees on Thursday, December 20th to distribute more gifts.
Also on Monday, the Sahara Sam mascot visited with patients and staff in Cooper’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and gave out coloring books and candy canes.
