Cooper Teams Step Up for Cathedral Kitchen in Camden

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, volunteers from Cooper’s Innovative Delivery Care Management and Community Health teams stepped up to the plate and into the kitchen for Cathedral Kitchen. Together, the teams spent their lunch time making 397 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the organization, which is the largest emergency food provider in Camden.

Cooper’s Innovative Delivery team is comprised of our Care Management team, which supports patient self-care management for chronic conditions. This helps empower patients to prevent hospital admissions and readmissions. They work together with our Community Health team, which is responsible for health promotion and disease prevention in Camden and the surrounding communities.

Cooper is proud of the efforts our employees make to go above and beyond their roles to volunteer and serve in our city and region. Thank you for all you do!
