Cooper Selected as a “Best Place to Work”

Cooper University Hospital was named by Philadelphia Business Journal as a “Best Place to Work.” The “Best Places to Work” program ranks the top employers in the Delaware Valley from feedback provided by their own employees. Cooper was evaluated against hundreds of other organizations throughout Philadelphia and South Jersey and won in the “Large Employers” category which compares organizations with more than 5,000 employees.

Cooper University Hospital Celebrates 125 Years!

On August 10, 2012, Cooper University Hospital celebrated 125 years of service to South Jersey by throwing a party for employees. The festivities included fun Olympic inspired games; wheel chair races, medicine ball throwing competitions and egg relay races. It was a monumental day for the hospital as our vision to provide the best possible care for our community continues into the next 125 years. Read more.

Cooper Medical School of Rowan University Celebrates Grand Opening

Cooper Medical School of Rowan UniversityMore than 300 business, political and community leaders from throughout New Jersey joined Governor Chris Christie today to celebrate the grand opening of Cooper Medical School of Rowan University’s state-of-the-art educational building on the corner of Broadway and Benson Street in downtown Camden’s Cooper Health Sciences Campus.
