Cooper University Health Care is participating in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Perinatal Improvement Collaborative, a large-scale, data-driven collaborative of more than 200 leading hospitals caring for diverse populations in all 50 states. The collaborative is overseen by the HHS Office on Women’s Health (OWH), using real-time data, analytics and performance improvement methodologies from Premier Inc. The Camden County Board of Commissioners, in partnership with Cooper University Health Care and the Rutgers-Camden School of Nursing, opened phase one of the Camden County Health Hub on Thursday, October 14. This new one-stop shop for COVID-19 vaccines, boosters, third doses, testing, and education is located on the Camden County College-Blackwood Campus. The drive-thru site will be operated in the vast parking lot on campus utilizing pop-up clinical pods.
