The Cooper Foundation will host its second of four concerts in its “Summer in the City” concert series on Thursday, June 27, with a free evening performance by “Leon Huff presents Ju-Tuan” at the Sheila L. Roberts Park (Cooper Commons Park) at 6th and Washington streets in Camden.
