Want to create a positive interaction every time? Join the Employee Assistance Program’s Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, DCEP, for “It’s How to Say It,” a workshop that focuses on empathic vs. reactive interactions, constructive criticism, active listening and proven methods to smooth out communication.
The workshop, open to all Cooper employees, will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013, 10 a.m. to noon, at Cooper University Hospital in Dorrance 256. Pre-registration is required.
