Last week, Cooper Heart Institute began airing a radio spot to educate consumers in our region about transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)—the ground-breaking new minimally invasive treatment option for patients with severe aortic stenosis who cannot undergo open-heart surgery. The ad, which is airing on KYW Newsradio, 98.1 WOGL, SoJo 104.9 and Cat Country 107.3, highlights the experience of cardiovascular surgeons at Cooper, who have performed more of these procedures than any other hospital in New Jersey. Listen to the ad on the Cooper Heart Institute Healthy Heart Blog.
