If you choose to access your W-2 form online, log into Employee Self Service and Requisition Center (Lawson) and select the link “Electronic W-2” on the top left.
This will bring you to a screen that displays a summary of program highlights and basic instructions. On the left, you will see the following links:
Electronic W-2 User Guide (In addition to the PDF W-2 guide you originally saw when you accessed the W-2 link, this User Guide will provide additional instructions and screenshots to walk you through authorizing and using Electronic W-2’s Self Service.)
Electronic W2 Website: You will need to sign-in again using your ESS sign-on and password.
Detailed instructions for accessing your W-2 forms are on the site and available upon login.
If you accessed your 2012 W-2 online earlier this year, your authorization to print that W-2 automatically carries over to this year’s W-2. Unless you manually revoke this authorization in Lawson, you will not receive your W-2 in the mail.
