A poster contest will be held to showcase unit-based activities to help promote patient safety initiatives at Cooper. All units and departments are invited to participate!
The posters will be displayed in the cafeteria during Patient Safety Awareness Week, March 2-8, 2014, to showcase all of the work being done to improve and promote safe patient care at Cooper.
All employees will be able to judge the posters be judged on Friday, March 7, 2014. The prize-winning department may select their prize – pizza and salad or pretzel trays.
Patient Safety Awareness Week is held annually to help increase awareness of patient safety and develop lasting partnerships among our staff, patients and community.
Please deliver posters by February 28, 2014, to Karen Slutsky, Patient Safety Manager, in Dorrance 265, One Cooper Plaza, Camden.
