Join members of the Cooper team on Saturday, April 12, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a community health fair at 651 John F. Kennedy Way in Willingboro. The event will showcase the many services available at this location including Internal Medicine, Bariatric Surgery, Podiatry, and Vascular Surgery. Also, programs from surrounding Willingboro offices – including the Cooper Heart Institute, Digestive Health Institute, Gastroenterology, and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper – will provide information on their services.
The Cooper team will be joined by the Burlington County Health Department, Visiting Nurses Association, Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, a team from radio 101.5FM and others for a day of free health information and screenings.
Screenings include:
• Audiology
• Blood pressure
• Glucose
• Cholesterol (non-fasting)
• Foot health screenings
• PVD screenings
