Influenza Sticker Distribution

As we kick off the vaccination program for employees on Monday, September 22, 2014, it is important to know this year’s sticker distribution process.

BLUE stickers will be given to those employees who receive the flu vaccine.

LIGHT GREEN stickers will be given to those employees who sign a declination form.

Sticker Placement:

  • Employees with older badges will place their sticker at the top right corner of their badge over the photo of the hospital.badges_placement
  • Employees with newer badges will place their sticker underneath their photo in the bottom left corner.

Employees can only receive a sticker if they attend one of the flu vaccination sessions.

Thank you again for your attention to this important process as we work to prevent the spread of flu to our staff and patients in the coming months.
