Changes and improvements made as a result of the previous Physicians Engagement Survey:
• Partnership between physician and administrative leadership in the development and execution of the 2014 strategies and work plans.
• New service standards for all staff across the outpatient offices and within the hospital.
• Redesign of EPIC rollout for specialties going from paper charts into EPIC.
• Implementation of “Dark Fiber” at ambulatory locations, enhancing the reliability and speed of the EPIC EMR.
• Replacement and upgrade of mobile computer workstations.
• Standardizing and improving care delivery processes.
