Improving Interpersonal Communications Workshop

We’ve all heard the saying, “it’s not what you say, but how you say it.” To learn more effective ways to communicate, employees are invited to attend a workshop, “It’s How to Say It,” presented by the Employee Assistance Program.

This program will teach attendees how to use empathic versus reactive interactions, constructive criticism, active listening and proven methods for smooth interpersonal communications. It takes place from 1 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014, in room P1002, Roberts Pavilion, Camden.

There is no cost to attend this program, but pre-registration is required. Employees may register via the CLN or by calling the EAP at 856.342.2280. To register through the CLN, click here.
