This interactive Advanced RN Preceptor workshop is for the experienced preceptor who needs to achieve the goal of refreshing or enhancing their skill and knowledge. Participants will use their experiences as a foundation for group discussion and problem solving in a relaxed, safe and enjoyable environment. Difficult topics such as providing feedback will also be discussed.
