The Healthy Weigh Programs

The Healthy Weigh is more than a weight-loss program. Whether your goals are to lose weight or simply improve your family’s eating habits, Angela Shaw, DTR, will help you meet your health and lifestyle needs in a compassionate and supportive environment. You can lower your cholesterol, blood pressure and increase energy, as well as lose pounds and inches. The Healthy Weigh can also decrease your risk of sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, gastrointestinal disorders and some cancers. The Healthy Weigh is “doctor recommended” and is based on the American Dietetic Association’s guidelines for weight management.
