The Compliance Department is excited to share with you the newly redesigned Compliance Portal Site.
The site was updated to serve as a useful compliance resource for all Cooper employees by providing pertinent and current information regarding compliance activities regarding the following areas:
• Hospital compliance
• Physician billing compliance
• Conflicts of interest management
• Privacy and information security compliance – under construction
• Compliance education and communication
• Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance
• Screening for excluded providers
• Policy development
• Compliance auditing, investigations and internal review
The Compliance Portal Site can be located by accessing the Portal > Departments > Compliance Home.
During 2015, the Compliance Department will continue to update the site and include frequently asked questions (FAQs) based on your questions and feedback.
