Stressed Out? This Might Help.

Employees are invited to attend the Stress Management: What’s Tried and What’s New workshop, facilitated by Robin Bilazarian, LCSW.

Stress affects us emotionally, physically, and mentally. To minimize the impact, everyone needs to have a stress management plan in place. Make the conscious choice to combat stress! This workshop provides a refresher on several proven stress-reducing strategies and offers participants the opportunity to learn and experience some of the newer mind-body complementary methods on the horizon.

Employees may register via the Cooper Learning Network (CLN) or by calling the EAP Department at 856.342.2280. To register through the CLN, click here.
