Cooper celebrates its nurses and thanks them for the hard work, dedication, and professionalism they exhibit each and every day. Cooper is proud and honored to have them on our team! Pay It Forward

Bring in treats – the night shift will treat the day shift, and the day shift will treat the night shift!

Education Day

• Wear your crazy socks today for Cooper’s Crazy Socks Day!
• Opportunities to further your education – several colleges and universities will have representatives available to discuss their various programs. This will be held in the Roberts Pavilion, room 1014, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Harringtoon’s fun caricatures, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Roberts Pavilion, outside of room 1014.

Nurses Week Send Off

Happy birthday, Florence Nightingale!
Florence Nightingale is broadly acknowledged and revered as the pioneer of modern nursing. She established her image as the Lady with the Lamp by spending her night rounds giving personal care to the wounded. In honor of her and the profession of nursing, a light ceremony will be held in the DiFlorio Family Healing Garden at dusk.
