Urgent Updates Required for Employee Information in Lawson

The ePhone Directory on the Employee Portal will be retired effective July 1, 2016. All Cooper employee work-related information needs to be updated in Lawson by Friday, June 24, 2016.

The Outlook Address Book will replace ePhone and, once the information is updated in Lawson, you will have the information available to you through the Outlook Address Book. To better serve Cooper’s internal customers and assure accuracy of contact information, please check that your information in Lawson is complete and accurate:

• Name.
• Job title.
• Department.
Work address.
Work telephone number.
Work mobile number.
• Direct manager.
