Become equipped and have a stress management plan in place. Learn how to minimize and combat the impact of stress at the Stress Management Workshop: What’s Tried and What’s New. This course, facilitated by Robin Bilazarian, LCSW, is a refresher on proven stress-reducing strategies and will also provide a chance to learn newer mind-body complementary methods.

Stress impacts us emotionally, physically, and mentally. To minimize the impact, everyone needs to have a stress management plan in place. Make the conscious choice to combat stress!
All employees are invited to attend the workshop, presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
