Welcome to the new Managed Care Department Blog, which will serve to provide regular updates to the CooperNation about Cooper’s payer (insurance company) relationships, contracts, and operations. In keeping with the growth of social media and our growing need to be more interactive, our team created this communication in a digital format to keep you informed.

The Managed Care Department will frequently add articles and you will have the ability to add comments, submit questions, add commentary, or provide timely feedback to the article in question. You will also have the opportunity to share articles with fellow staff members, colleagues, and co-workers regarding items of interest that impact your department. On a regular basis, the Managed Care Blog will provide payer updates regarding changes to its Policies and Procedures, updates on authorization requirements, other related operational and administrative changes, as well as internal Cooper resources to contact for further clarification or for answers to your questions. Additionally, the Blog will contain announcements concerning new Cooper Payer Contracts and news about the market place overall.
