Sharpen Your Conflict-Management Skills!

This workshop, presented by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and co-facilitated by Nathan Ridgley, LCSW, and Paula Watson, MS, will help you explore and recognize conflict in the workplace and identify when mediation is needed. Sharpen your conflict-management skills, gain greater insight into the importance of modeling, mentoring, and coaching employees, engage in skills practice with real time mediation, and recognize when and how to mandate mediation for the resolution of workplace conflict.

Conflict left unresolved between employees in the workplace can lead to disengaged employees, lower job satisfaction, and productivity issues.
