Are you over-committed? Do you have trouble saying no? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Would you be interested in learning techniques to regain the order in your life and find some much needed “me” time? Then this workshop can help you to add balance to life’s daily demands, set boundaries, and provide tips to prevent burnout. The workshop explores the five stages of burnout, offers techniques to improve time management, and incorporates self-care into your daily routine.
