Join Cooper Heart Institute’s Kick off for the American Heart Association Walk

On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, colleagues in the Cooper Heart Institute will be kicking off the events leading up to the American Heart Association (AHA) Walk scheduled on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at Cooper River Park.

There will be a table in Cooper University Hospital’s Roberts Pavilion where you can sign up to participate on the Cooper Team and be entered in a drawing for your donation to the AHA. You can also get your blood pressure checked, and get fun prizes!

Tables will be outside of the Cooper Court cafeteria weekly through October 21, 2016, with information about the walk.

As part of this year’s event we will have a T-shirt logo design contest. The winning logo will be displayed on the Cooper Team shirts worn by the participants in the October event. Also, the winner of the T-shirt design contest will win a pizza party for their department.

You can create your design electronically (preferred) and submit it in a pdf file to sorge-debra@cooperhealth.edu in the Marketing Department. Or, you can draw it in a document and take a picture of it and bring it to Kim Hummel in Nursing Administration.

Try to keep your design somewhat simple as it will show up better on a T-shirt. All submissions must be received by Wednesday, September 21, 2016.
The winning logo design will be decided by a vote from the Cooper Heart Institute staff.
