All employees should be aware of a new phishing scam that has been brought to our attention.
A number of employees have reported receiving phone calls from individuals identifying themselves as “the IT Department” (or similar description) asking employees to provide their email address to the caller. Please beware that these individuals are not Cooper IT employees. Do not provide any information to these callers.
Cooper’s IT Department will never call employees to confirm an email address or other information.
