Employee Engagement Survey Deadline Extended to End of Week!

As a Cooper University Health Care employee you should have received an emailed invitation from The Advisory Board at surveys@advisory.com for the Employee Engagement Survey. Included are the survey link and your unique, confidential password. Access the survey online from any computer or mobile device! The survey deadline has been extended through Friday, November 18, 2016.

To ensure employee confidentiality, we have included two safeguards. First, Cooper has partnered with The Advisory Board (www.advisory.com), an expert third party vendor, to administer our engagement survey. They will manage the survey externally. After survey completion, The Advisory Board will provide Cooper with aggregated results for action planning. Only managers with five or more employees will receive aggregated results for their work units in order to maintain confidentiality of individual employee responses.

There’s more! Any employee who participates in the survey will have a chance to win prizes. We have asked The Advisory Board to randomly select names of individuals, who have participated in the survey, periodically during the survey period. And, at the close of the survey, one lucky participant will be selected for the grand prize, an Apple Watch!

The Employee Engagement Survey is a critical tool to help us improve Cooper. Please take the time to complete the survey and encourage your fellow employees to do the same. We are counting on you to help make a difference!
