Don’t Miss Noted Speaker Liz Jazwiec

In celebration of National Hospital Week and National Nurses’ Week, come be inspired by the power of health care to change people’s lives and learn valuable leadership skills to improve patient and provider satisfaction.

As part of our Studer partnership, noted speaker and bestselling author Liz Jazwiec, RN, will present a keynote address entitled Pride in Our Profession at Cooper University Health Care.

Liz Jazwiec, RN, is an award-winning author of “Eat That Cookie!” and “Hey Cupcake! We Are ALL Leaders,” and also “Service Excellence Is as Easy as P.I.E. (Perception Is Everything).”

She is a former hospital officer at Chicago’s Holy Cross Hospital where she raised service scores to the 99th percentile from the 5th percentile in a few years.
