Hurt at work? There is a new, simplified reporting process. Beginning Monday, April 3, 2017, EARS (Event and Activity Reporting System) will become the sole place Cooper employees will use to report all work-related injuries, including needle sticks and falls.
Simply log onto EARS, on the employee portal, and look for the employee injury icon.
Employees will no longer report injuries through Amerihealth.
