Seminar: Perinatal Loss

The Perinatal Bereavement Course presents clinically-relevant information for professionals who care for families grieving the loss of a pregnancy or the death of their baby. Topics include policy and procedure, effective communication strategies, psychosocial care for the patient, meaningful keepsakes, cultural and religious rituals, an explanation of various types of perinatal loss, and parent stories. Ideas for self-care and resources for on-going competency development complete the presentation.
