We have had the pleasure of working with Keith for the past year within the Multidisciplinary Rounds Redesign team at Cooper University Hospital. As a critical member of our project team, Keith has diligently worked to develop a Discharge Overview Report and educational training materials required for the Multidisciplinary Rounds pilot. He clearly lives the Cooper values of excellence, ownership, integrity, teamwork, and respect. His attention to detail, committing himself to his team and Cooper University Hospital are apparent. His energy and smile are contagious. His drive and passion for his work is exceptional. Keith possesses the unique ability to work with others in a positive manner and conveys to others that they are valued. Keith’s leadership and knowledge have helped to create many positive experiences for Cooper employees and how they can best utilize Cooper’s electronic health record system.
