The Physician of the Quarter is a recognition program for physicians who exemplify Cooper’s Core Values, Service Standards, and Performance Metrics in the areas of ownership, integrity, innovation, teamwork, respect, and excellence.
The selection committee consists of a multidisciplinary team that includes physician leaders.
The honoree will receive:
- A certificate of recognition
- TD Bank gift card
- Celebration (with choice of location)
