You are just a few clicks away from great primary care! Existing patients of Cooper Internal Medicine and Family Medicine are now able to self-schedule appointments through myCooper.
Via myCooper you can view, in real time, your established provider’s schedule and book an appointment online. You will see the open appointment slots for your primary care provider. Choose the date and time for your visit, and then directly schedule an appointment.
With this feature, you can self-schedule appointments online for a physical exam or a routine visit with the internal medicine or family medicine provider you have previously seen. Just click on the Visits tab and select Schedule an Appointment to get started.
- Select Routine Established Visit when you need to schedule an appointment to follow up on a specific medical concern, for a routine check-up requested by your provider, or to address a new problem you may be experiencing.
- Select Physical when you want to schedule a complete physical exam, well visit, or your annual check-up. Please be sure to check with your health insurance company prior to your visit if you have any concerns about your health insurance coverage.
If you have had a hospital or emergency department visit within the last 30 days, please contact your primary care provider’s office immediately to schedule your appointment.
The myCooper scheduling tool is for non-urgent appointments based on your provider’s availability. For a sick visit appointment, please call their office directly. If you are having difficulty scheduling an appointment, please call 1.800.8.COOPER (1.800.826.6737) and a Patient Access Specialist will be happy to assist you.
For an urgent condition, please visit a Cooper Urgent Care Center or the nearest Emergency Room.
