Thrive365: Go Bananas Challenge Continues!

There are more than 150 active participants in our Go Bananas challenge! We’re going strong and choosing our snacks wisely through August 6, 2017, so keep tracking your consumption of fruits and green vegetables for a chance to win a $500 gift card to Whole Foods.

Did you know fiber can help lower your cholesterol, control your blood sugar levels, and help you achieve a healthy weight? Fruits and vegetables are a rich source of fiber. Add raspberries and blackberries to a smoothie, or eat apples and pears with the skin on. Green vegetables are at the top of the list for providing fiber. Think peas, broccoli, and spinach. Brussels sprouts have four grams of fiber in each one cup serving: roast them with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper as a tasty side dish with dinner!
