The intended audience for this conference includes primary care physicians and specialists in cardiovascular disease. Physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, fellows, residents, medical students, and other physicians with an educational need or interest in this topic may also attend.

  • Describe the appropriate anticoagulant therapy for the diagnosis and management of patients with atrial fibrillation.
  • Review the interventional procedures available to treat atrial fibrillation.
  • Understand the role of percutaneous procedures for structural heart disease.
  • Review the diagnosis and treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).
