“Dr. Rozengarten is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever encountered in my life! She is dedicated and truly cares about each and every one of her patients. She not only sacrifices her own administrative time to see patients, but she has also returned calls and checked in on me and my family members during vacations and holidays! She personally follows up after every office encounter, and calls you when she receives notification that one of her patients has been seen in Urgent Care or the ED. Her examinations and office encounters are extraordinarily thorough, and she spends a great deal of time listening and getting to know her patients personally. She is truly one of a kind, and she exemplifies not only Cooper’s core values and standards, but the values and standards of the entire medical community!”
