Please join VOICE – the Veterans Outreach and Interest of CMSRU Element – for a Veterans Day Panel examining the challenges that our military service members face when they transition out of the military.

Panel members include:

Sgt. Patrick Brown, Ret. USMC, is a Wounded Warrior who was wounded by an IED in Afghanistan in 2011. He now serves as the Warrior liaison for the Combat Wounded Coalition, a group dedicated to helping wounded servicemen and women overcome the challenges of rejoining the civilian world.

 

Mr. Ron Steptoe, Army veteran and CEO of Warrior Centric Health, a national nonprofit organization that seeks to provide health care to veterans and their families and educate health care professionals about the unique demographics and health issues faced by veterans.

 

Mr. Chris Molaro, Army veteran, CEO, and founder of NeuroFlow, a startup company focusing on collecting and utilizing biometric data in clinical care to evaluate patients’ physiological and mental states.

 

Mrs. Maura “Mo” A. Gillen is a 27-year Army veteran. Since her retirement in 2013, she has worked extensively with the Veterans Multi-Service Center in Philadelphia that seeks to connect veterans to a multitude of services including homeless veterans’ services, VA benefits, employment, and female veterans.
