All Cooper employees, regardless of date of hire, must choose their 2018 health insurance benefits by the end of Open Enrollment on Monday, November 27, 2017.

You can view the 2018 Benefits Highlights Booklet on Employee Self Service (ESS). Log onto ESS and click on the OPEN ENROLLMENT link to view the 2018 materials.
Remember to print your enrollment confirmation statement at the time you complete your elections via ESS. The enrollment confirmation statement will not be mailed to your home.
There are two enrollment sessions remaining:
Friday, November 24, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, November 27, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
