Preventing Discrimination, Bullying, and Teasing
Wednesday, January 3, 2018
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Cooper University Hospital
Roberts Pavilion, Room 1014

This four-hour classroom training is recommended and designed for leaders. The training focuses on effectively managing behaviors in the workplace that may be described at different times as “harassment,” “discrimination,” “bullying,” or just “teasing.”

Bullying and teasing are important topics in today’s society for children and adults. You will learn:

  • How to avoid discriminatory conduct.
  • How to spot and stop bullying and other problem behaviors in the workplace.
  • Which types of claims can be made.
  • Your role as a leader in preventing and addressing these matters.

This training is facilitated by Cooper’s Legal and Human Resources departments. Managers may sign up now via CLN. For questions or more information, contact Tiffany Davis at davis-tiffany@cooperhealth.edu or calling 856.342.2157.
