Employee Referral Bonus Program

As a Cooper employee, you can earn a referral bonus by helping us hire new talent. Currently, the bonus program is as follows:

Referral Bonus Details

  • $5000 for a full-time OR RN referral (must have OR experience)
  • $5000 for a full-time PACU RN referral (must have PACU, or ICU/CCU, or ED experience)
  • $2500 for a part-time OR RN referral (must have OR experience)
  • $2500 for a part-time PACU RN referral (must have PACU, or ICU/CCU, or ED experience)
  • $1000 for a full-time CSP Tech referral
  • $500 for a part-time CSP Tech referral

Referral Bonus Payout Structure

  • First half after six months of service
  • Second half after one year of service

Employee referrals for per diem positions do not qualify for this program.

Note: To qualify for this referral bonus, the current referring employee’s name must be listed on referral’s official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
