The barbeque and cooking demonstration were a success! Many of you joined us for a hybrid lecture and cooking demonstration and learned everything you need to know about healthy barbecuing. Participants learned how to prepare healthy rubs, marinades, side salads, and salsas. The program also included a healthy barbeque sample.
