Cisco Wireless Phone Update

The purpose of this notice is to inform you of a maintenance window to upgrade the Cisco Call Manager Phone System for all locations.
DATE: Thursday, July 19th
PLANNED DURATION: 11:30pm – Midnight (30 Minutes)
DESCRIPTION: To address patient safety concerns all Cisco Wireless Phones will now alert users audibly when receiving a second simultaneous call.
IMPACT: Each Cisco Wireless phone will briefly re-register to accept the change. ‘In-progress’ calls will not be interrupted during this outage. Wired telephones (desk, fax, patient) will not be affected.
