Cooper to Host Buprenorphine Trainings

The Addiction Medicine Program of the Department of Psychiatry is holding case-based learning sessions for those interested in learning more about buprenorphine (brand names: Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, Probuphine, and Sublockade), how and why it is used, and how it is prescribed.

Providers may complete the online training portion and receive their X-Waiver to prescribe buprenorphine, or they may do so after the classroom course.

  • Your name, department, and background (physician, APP, GME, CMSRU)
  • Date of training course you would like to attend (either October 1, 2018, or October 15, 2018)
