DURATION: 30 minutes
DESCRIPTION: GE will be performing a failover of the Middle Tier process back to the primary datacenter, during this failover certain services must be restarted to bring the systems into sync.
IMPACT: Users of the UV PACS Clients (Radiologist and Referring Physicians using UV OR ZFP viewers may receive an error that the viewer is unavailable)
OTHER AFFECTED SYSTEMS: No other direct impact
