Please be advised that repairs to the CCBO parking lot will begin this week and will last through mid-November.
The project will include the replacement of concrete curbs and islands, repairs to access gates, and repaving of the parking lot. Below is a tentative timeline of the project, but all dates are subject to change based on weather conditions.

Entrance gates to the parking lot (closest to CCBO building) that form a through lane from Federal Street to Market Street will be closed at approximately 8 a.m. for concrete curb repairs. This will include the visitor parking gate.
The parking lot entrance gates on Federal Street and Market Street closest to the L3 Operations Building (west of the CCBO building at N 2nd Street) will remain open.
Once the first section of curbs are complete, the entrance gates closest to the L3 Operations Building will be closed and the through lane entrance gates closest to CCBO from Federal Street and Market Street will be reopened.
Repaving begins Thursday, November 15, 2018, through Sunday, November 18, 2018.
Repaving of the CCBO parking lot will begin on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 6 p.m. (Day 1 in Blue areas below). All cars must be moved out of the lots before 6 p.m. and no cars can remain in the parking lot overnight. The lot will reopen on Friday morning, November 16, 2018.
Repaving work will also be done on Friday evening at 6 p.m., November 16, 2018 (Day 2 Green areas below). All cars must be moved out of the parking lots by 6 p.m. and no cars may remain in the parking lot over the weekend.
L3 Security and Facilities staff will be on site to direct traffic and help employees navigate the parking lot.
