Farewell Reception Brings Leadership Changes

After nearly seven years, Adrienne Elberfeld, Senior Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence, will be leaving Cooper to join a major health care improvement consulting firm. Adrienne will be missed as she has provided tremendous leadership on a number of important initiatives and programs that have significantly improved clinical quality and operations at Cooper.

Adrienne developed a strong team and has been a significant partner to our physicians, nurses, and health care professionals in working to deliver the highest quality care to our patients. We are grateful for all she has done to improve Cooper.

After Adrienne’s last day on April 9, 2019, we will have an Interim Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety reporting to Joseph M. Montella, MD, Chief Medical Officer. Danielle Majuri has agreed to serve in this role as we launch a search for the permanent position.

Our Alternative Payment Programs, led by Beth Nice, will report to Eric E. Kupersmith, MD, Senior Vice President and Chief Physician Executive.

The Transitional Care and Utilization Management team, under Cathy Curley, will report to Chris Ault, Vice President of Revenue Cycle.

The Population Intelligence team, under Nancy Street, will report to Snehal V. Ghandi, MD, Vice President and Medical Director for Informatics.

Please join us in wishing Adrienne well in the next chapter of her career at her farewell reception, which is open to all Cooper employees:
