Epic Upgrade Goes Live

The Epic Upgrade goes live this Sunday, June 2, 2019, and it includes exciting changes to improve your workflow and overall experience.

Please review the “Epic Upgrade: Training Is Ready” post in last week’s issue of Weekly Rounds for more details on training for your role.

If you need assistance after the upgrade, Super Users will be available on floors and in offices starting on June 2, 2019. Super Users are the first line of help for questions or issues. As always, you can continue to call the Help Desk to report critical issues.
