New Conference Center Opens May 20, 2019

Great news! Cooper’s new state-of-the-art Conference Center opens Monday, May 20, 2019. The entrance to the Conference Center is located across from the healing garden in the hallway connecting the CCIA parking garage and the hospital.

The Conference Center will replace the conference rooms on the 10th Floor of Roberts Pavilion. The 10th floor rooms will be closed as of Monday.

If you have a meeting on your calendar for a conference room on the 10th floor of Roberts Pavilion (P1003 – P1014), you should go to the new Conference Center. There is a digital board in the Conference Center that will indicate which room your meeting is being held.

Next week there will be people in the Conference Center to assist you in getting to the correct room, and IT personnel will be on site to assist with technical questions. In the coming weeks, a full-time concierge will be hired and will be on site, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., to manage the Conference Center and assist you in booking rooms.

In the next few days, we will be reaching out to a number of you who have meetings scheduled on the 10th floor of the Roberts Pavilion. We will walk you through rebooking your meetings so that your invitees will receive notice of the room change to the Conference Center.
