Area Advanced Practice Providers Learn and Network at First-Ever Cooper APP Symposium

On Saturday, November 2, 2019, leaders from Cooper University Health Care held Cooper’s first-ever Advanced Practice Provider Symposium for area advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, registered nurses, nurse educators, and other medical professionals. Attendees spent a full day networking while learning from experts in areas of surgery, oncology, pharmacology, pediatrics, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular care. Presentations focused on evidence-based care. Continuing education credits were offered.

“Many attendees shared how much they appreciated the opportunity to learn from our outstanding advanced practice providers and to network throughout the day with colleagues,” said Eileen F. Campbell, MSN, APN, Assistant Vice President of Advanced Practice Providers and Independent Licensed Practitioners at Cooper. “It was a wonderful event and we look forward to offering our APP Symposium again next year.”
